Mohammad Elmoshnib is a higher education executive and ecosystem builder with nearly two decades of experience in institutional leadership, academic operations, digital transformation and strategic collaboration across four universities in the UAE.

He currently serves as University Registrar and Director of Admission and Registration at Canadian University Dubai and is a member of the University Senate, Academic Council and Senior Management Committee.

His work focuses on connecting people, processes, technology and industry to strengthen institutional performance and create meaningful opportunities for students. His experience includes leading operational improvements, advancing institutional systems and data-informed decision-making, and developing partnerships that bring industry expertise directly into the university environment.

Among his initiatives are the collaboration with FINTECH.TV that established the Global Markets Studio on campus, co-leading an institutional ERP implementation, and developing educational initiatives that strengthen students' practical and digital competencies.

He is also advancing the Industry-Validated Graduate Competency Framework, an initiative aimed at strengthening the connection between academic learning, graduate capabilities and employer expectations.
